Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Donats.tj website (donats.tj, the "Site") collects and what happens to it. The Site works together with the Tezdonat Telegram shop (@tezdonat_tj_bot) and shares its order database. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. What data we receive

• When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, name and username. Telegram shares them after you confirm the sign-in.
• When you sign in with Google: your Google account identifier, name and email address. The Site gets no access to your emails, contacts, files or any other Google account data.
• Passkeys: if you add a passkey (sign-in with Face ID, fingerprint or phone code), the Site stores only its public part. Your fingerprint, face and phone code stay on your device and are never sent to the Site.
• For orders: the game ID, server or zone, the account nickname found by the check, the accounts you saved and any promo code applied.
• About payments: the amount, time and order code, payment method and balance movements.
• Settings: your chosen language, currency and theme.
• Where you came from: a note that you first came through the Site, and the steps of placing an order — for anonymous statistics.
• Server logs: request times and IP address. They are kept for a limited time and used only to run and protect the Site.
• Visit statistics: the Site uses Yandex Metrica (with Webvisor, which records actions on the page) and Google Analytics. They collect anonymous data: pages opened, clicks and scrolling, device and browser, approximate region and where the visitor came from.

2. Cookies and browser storage

• Sign-in cookie — keeps you signed in. You cannot sign in without it.
• Currency cookie and browser storage — remember your currency, theme and what you have already seen on the Site.
• Analytics cookies of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — for visit statistics. You can turn them off in your browser settings and the Site keeps working.

3. What we do not collect

We do not create or store passwords: you sign in with Telegram, Google or a passkey. We do not ask for or store bank card numbers or banking app passwords — payment happens in your bank's app or on a payment partner's page. From the bank statement we take only the amount, time and order code; senders' phone and card numbers are not stored. Game account passwords are not needed for top-ups by ID and are never requested.

4. Why we need this data

• to sign you in and show your orders and balance;
• to complete your order and show its status;
• to find and credit your payment;
• to answer support requests and resolve disputes;
• to protect the Site and buyers from fraud and abuse;
• to count anonymous statistics and improve the Site.

The email address from Google is used only for signing in and contacting you about your order. We do not send newsletters to it.

5. Who we share data with

• The digital goods supplier — only what delivery needs: the game ID and server.
• A bank or payment partner — the amount, order number and your Site identifier when you pay on their payment page.
• Telegram and Google — only to confirm a sign-in you started yourself.
• Yandex and Google — anonymous visit statistics through their counters (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics).
• Government authorities — only on a lawful request.

We do not sell data or share it with advertising networks.

6. Storage and security

Data is kept on a secured server and the connection to the Site is encrypted. Gift card codes are stored encrypted, and only the Site's administrators have access to the data. Order and payment history is kept as long as it is needed for accounting and possible disputes.

7. Your rights

Through support (the "Support" link at the bottom of the page) you can find out what data about you is stored, correct it or ask for it to be deleted. Everything can be deleted except records of completed orders and payments needed for accounting and disputes. You can delete saved game accounts and passkeys yourself in your profile. You can revoke the Site's access to your Google account in your Google settings: "Security" → "Third-party apps and services".

8. Minors

The Site is intended for people over 18 or those using it with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. If you are a parent and believe your child gave us data without your consent, please contact support.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. A new version takes effect when published on this page. Purchase terms are described in the Terms of service.
